Okay, I know we've already flailed a bit on my last post, but I thought I'd do another 'recap' and and some other thoughts about the rest of the eppy. Because, other than the epic parts, there were some other fun moments and some heartbreaking ones.

( warnings: spoilers, bitchiness and much squeeing )

So, I just finished watching episode two. Those of you who haven't downloaded it yet, don't click on this rant because I have MAJOR SPOILERS(just hurry up and watch already!!!!!!!).

I watched episode one of season 3 last night. Thank the Lords of Kobol! All seems right in the Downton world again after a shaky season 2.

I started rambling on Ellie's post, so I thought I'd better shut up and come and do my own ramble.

( I'd also better pop it under a cut seeing some of you may not have seen. )

So, I was looking up Sir Anthony's age on wiki. When he is introduced in season 1, Robert says:

"Anthony Strallan is at least my age and as dull as paint. I doubt she'd want to sit next to him at dinner, let alone marry him."

Therefore, Wiki says he's about 50.

In the comments of the wiki page, however, someone has written this:

So, today scifi addict 6 year old son and I went to the shops and were searching for something to watch together (because we bond over things like how awesome Mark Ruffalo is as Hulk and that sort of thing) and he suggested Doctor Who.
